Aims & Scope

Journal of Interdisciplinary Research (JIR) is a peer-reviewed online scholarly journal published by the Graduate School of Business and Advanced Technology Management (GSBATM). Issued three times per year, the journal is dedicated to advancing critical and innovative research by fostering original academic contributions and facilitating meaningful discourse among scholars, researchers, and graduate students.

Scope
Journal of Interdisciplinary Research (JIR) prioritizes interdisciplinary research in the following fields.

Computer Science
Information Technology
Digital Learning
Teaching and Technology
Digital Economy
Business and Management


Manuscripts are evaluated based on their originality, significance, interdisciplinary relevance, timeliness, clarity, and contribution to advancing knowledge.

The journal welcomes submissions from professors, practitioners, and students, maintaining a primary—though not exclusive—focus on these areas. In addition to research articles, AU eJIR includes a book review section, setting itself apart from conventional academic journals by serving as a forum for discussions on critical regional and global issues.

Message from the Editor

2025-02-13

Dear Authors and Readers,

I am pleased to inform you that Journal of Interdisciplinary Research has been recognized in the Thailand Citation Index (TCI) and has held a TIER 2 categorization since January 1, 2025.

Starting in 2025, the journal’s publication frequency will increase from two to three issues per year, with issues published approximately in:

April (covering January–April as Issue 1),

August (covering May–August as Issue 2), and

December (covering September–December as Issue 3).


Additionally, the publication fee will be adjusted from 3,000 THB to 6,000 THB (185 USD) per manuscript, effective February 12, 2025. Payment will be collected upon acceptance for publication.

To assist with your submissions, we provide a downloadable manuscript template available on the Author’s Guidelines page.

We are now accepting submissions for publication. All manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer review process, evaluated by at least three internal/external reviewers from different institutions.
