Submission Requirements (Effective 1 May 2026)

To uphold the quality and integrity of the journal, authors are kindly requested to ensure that all submissions meet the following requirements:

     - A Turnitin similarity report must be provided, indicating an overall similarity index of no more than 20%.

     - Authors who do not have access to Turnitin should declare this at the time of submission; the editorial office will conduct the similarity screening on their behalf.

     - All manuscripts must be professionally proofread prior to submission. The name and professional position of the proofreader must be clearly indicated.

     - Submissions must include two separate files:

                     1. a manuscript with full author information, and

                     2. a blinded version with all author-identifying information removed, to ensure a double-blind peer review process.

Submissions that do not comply with these requirements may be desk-rejected without undergoing peer review.  We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining high standards of academic integrity, originality, and publication quality.
