Abstract

It is an honor to present to you this special first issue of the newly founded refereed professional journal on education, sponsored by the Graduate School of Education, Assumption University, Thailand. This particular issue is specially printed to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Phi Delta Kappa (Thailand Chapter).
