About the Journal

The IODA 40th Annual Conference E- Proceedings is an international publication of the International Organization Development Association, co-hosted by Assumption University, Thailand held from 15-17th October 2026.  The theme of the 2026 Conference is " OD for Sustainability: Wisdom, Adaptability, Innovation".  This  Conference E-proceedings presents abstracts, white papers, and articles of the presentors during the conference. 

 IODA is an international network of organization development professionals, consultants, practitioners, academics, students and social scientists from over 50 countries who are initiating and supporting organizational and societal change processes. Each year, IODA organizes conferences in different countries, highlighting organization development practices within the unique cultural and historical contexts of each location. Announcement:

The IODA 40th Annual Conference E-Proceedings will accept submissions for presentations starting 15th April 2026 to 31st July 2026 .  Refer to Submissions page for guidelines. 

Aim: The E-Proceedings  is a  knowledge sharing of  scholarly and practitioners'  contributions on  best practices and research  in the interdisciplinary field of Organization Development  and Management, as related to the theme "  OD for Sustainability: Wisdom, Adaptability , Innovation" 

 Scope:  The E-prceedings focuses on research ,academic , practitioner contributions such as  articles, abstracts , white papers  on various fields and applications related to  Organization Development, ranging from  research based works , consulting projects  , coaching ,  emerging OD models, leadership , management and  organizational culture  to other topics related to the Conference theme  : OD for Sustainability: Wisdom, Adaptability, Innovation "

Initial Screening and Peer Review Process

All submitted articles, abstracts, white paper  are subject to initial screening by the Screening Commitee  for the quality   and relevance to the theme  of the conference . Authors will be advised about the  decision within 10  working days  from date of submission. Revisions may be requested by the screening commitee before it is approved for inclusion in the E-proceedings and for presentation in the Conference  . 

After approval for presentation ,  Presentors need to register for the conference before the final inclusion is made by the Commitee for inclusion in the publication and presentation in the conference . Refer to conference registration site .

Letters of Acceptance are issued after the the following are complied with :  revisions made (if any )  , approval  by the commitee and registration fees in the conference is  paid .  

The publication is owned by the IODA and co-owned by the  co-host of the 2026 Conference  :  Graduate School of Business and Advanced Technology Management, Assumption University , Thailand.

The Conference Proceedings provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
